Placing an Order

After you have added an item to your cart, you will be able to view your cart prior to checkout.  Here, you may review all items in your cart, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page.  Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, you may either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order.


Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

 

Payment Verification and Shipping

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification.  This may require us to contact you directly.  When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city, and state are correct. If according to the delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order. 

 

Shipping Insurance

Vitaclean is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Subscription Terms

By clicking "Place my order", you confirm that your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will automatically be charged the subscription price according to the Order summary section of this page until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

"Vitaclean" provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at any time by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.
