Subscription Management
Customers can choose how often, how many, and when they would like their subscriptions to be delivered. For optimal filtration, we suggest a 90-use period for Wall Mount Shots, Shungite Crystals, and Ceramic Beads, and a 30-use change for Cloths and Handheld Shots between refills. Adjust your preferences through your account settings or contact our customer support team for assistance. Please note that filter performance is subject to water quality, usage amount, and usage duration.
Order Processing
Please note that order processing can take up to 1-5 business days. Our warehouse does not fulfill orders during weekends.
Cancellation Policy
At Vitaclean, we strive to ensure that our subscription service meets your needs. If you need to cancel your subscription, please review our policy below. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel your Vitaclean subscription, please log in to your account [here]. Use the email associated with your subscription to receive a 4-digit code sent to your email and/or phone number. Once logged in, click "Manage Subscriptions" in the menu on the right-hand side. A list of active and inactive subscriptions will be displayed. If your subscription is active, follow the instructions to cancel one or all items. For further assistance, you may also contact our customer support team.
- Timing: Cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period. If you cancel after the billing cycle has started, you will be charged for that period, and the cancellation will take effect for the following cycle.
- Refunds: If you forget to cancel your subscription before the billing cycle begins, please reach out to our customer support team. We will assist with canceling the order and issuing a refund. If the order has already been shipped by our warehouse team, you will need to return the order before we can process the refund.
- Reactivating Subscriptions: If you decide to reactivate your subscription, you may do so by logging back into your account. Reactivation will follow your chosen billing cycle and terms.
