Handheld: Spray Plate

My county has such terrible quality water and I recently noticed that my scalp was becoming red and irritated. I noticed that my spray plate had a lot of calcium/limescale build-up but I wasn't sure why I had this build-up. I recently spoke to the Co-Founder and was wondering if any other customer had the same issue. It turns out that this kind of build-up is very common. Lol The minute I changed my spray plate my scalp itchiness and irritation went away. This company is incredible with how they take care of every customer. I'm a customer for life!! As an Esthetician I tend to notice right away when an item or product is irritating my skin and at some point I felt helpless because I didn't know why my scalp was so vulnerable.
